It was a long day for the crew of this J-train. This was a 45 mph train, but they were stuck running behind the J-BIRMOM, a 25 mph train, for the ride up the BNSF Aurora Subdivision.
A nice, blue Conrail tags along second on this westbound intermodal as it highballs through the countryside.
BNSF 5067 with its beautiful Heritage 2 paint scheme, highballs westward with a stacker, scaring up a flock of starlings, with help from a CN "Draper Taper" SD50F and a BNSF GP60B.
